Travel Agencies and Travel Advisors

We only retain the information necessary for the travel agencies and travel advisors who work with us.

  • ID numbers and dates of birth, where required

Travellers

Guests email us a client form containing information relating to their trip. We only share information required by suppliers to fulfil the requested travel services.

We keep these documents securely in the cloud or on the relevant client file. Once the client has travelled, the forms are removed from the file or cloud storage, and hard copies are securely shredded.

No company staff member is permitted to forward client information to anyone other than authorised parties who require the information for the purposes stated above.

Your Rights

Access to Information

You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

Correction or Deletion of Your Information

You have the right to ask us to update, correct or delete your personal information, subject to any legal or regulatory requirements that may require us to retain certain information.
